Return Policy: Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition.
Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear images of the damaged box and items. We will arrange for a replacement. Contact us at walpainter.sa@gmail.com
Refund Policy: Once the damage is verified, We will refund the money or replace the product in a 15 day period.
Condition Check: Before accepting shipments from the delivery personnel, please ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with.
Reporting Damages: Any complaints reported after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Sale and Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gifts: All gifts purchased through our online store are final sale and not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.
